New Share Capital Registered


Oslo, Norway, 20 August 2020: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 10 July 2020 regarding Cloudberry Clean Energy AS’ (the “Company”) successful private placement, raising NOK 200 million in gross proceeds (the “Private Placement”).

The share capital increase related to the Private Placement has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret). The Company's share capital has been increased by NOK 4,166,666.75 through issue of 16,666,667 new shares.

The Company’s new share capital is NOK 13,786,791.25, divided into 55,147,165 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.25.

Carnegie AS and Pareto Securities AS have acted as Joint Bookrunners and Managers for the Private Placement.

Advokatfirmaet DLA Piper Norway DA has acted as the Company’s legal advisor for the Private Placement.
