Two new members of the board
Two new board members were admitted at the Extraordinary General Meeting.
As Cloudberry recently was admitted to trading on the Merkur Market Oslo Børs, the Board of Directors asked the extraordinary general meeting to expand the board with additional two new board members. The proposal was approved and Liv Lønnum and Benedicte Fossum is now new members of the board.
