Chair of the Board

Tove Feld has 30 years’ experience from the Energy and Infrastructure sector with a focus on Renewables. In Senior Management and C-suite positions from leading global players incl. Ørsted, SGRE and DNV. She has worked extensively with international business development and strategy, applying her deep technical and commercial understanding. Her vast board experience over the last 15 years from private and listed companies in the Nordic and the UK, ranges from Technology startups to International Renewable investment companies. Tove currently serves on several boards supporting the green energy transition, including TRIG, YARA, Venterra Group, Stockholm Exergi and NEXEL. She is a UF Engineering Graduate (USA) with a Ph.D from Aalborg University (Denmark) and Executive MBA from IMD (Switzerland).

Petter W. Borg

Board member

Petter W. Borg has more than 35 years of experience within investment banking and asset management. He is the former CEO of Pareto Asset Management, a position he held for 18 years. Petter is the chairperson of House of Maverix and a member of the board of directors of Attivo Eiendom, Ferd Holding, Grieg Investor, Langfonn, Solfonn and Storstein (Furuholmen Eiendom). Petter holds a degree in Economics from Handelsakademiet.

Benedicte Fossum

Board member

Benedicte H. Fossum has extensive board experience over the last 15 years, core within aquaculture and life science. She currently manages the family owned investment companies Mittas AS and Foinco AS. She has diverse managerial experience within regulatory, R&D, M&A and strategic development. Benedicte is one of the founders of Pharmaq AS. Previously she worked at Statens Legemiddelverk. Benedicte is a veterinarian from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences.

Nikolai Nordstrand Farge

Nicolai Nordstrand is Chief Executive Officer of Havfonn AS, the investment company of the Bergesen family. He is responsible for capital allocation and management of Havfonn’s investment portfolio, including investments in external funds, listed securities and private investments, as well as active ownership in portfolio companies.Prior to joining Havfonn, Nicolai spent more than ten years in corporate finance with SpareBank 1 Markets and PwC in Oslo and London, advising on M&A and capital markets transactions. He holds an MSc in Financial Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.

Henrik Joelsson has more than 30 years of experience within strategic business development and investments. He heads his own consultancy firm and has formerly worked 13 years as investment director at the listed investment firm Ratos AB, where he was responsible for the Norwegian business. Prior to that he worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company for 9 years. Henrik has broad board experience and has been an active investor, board member and consultant within the energy sector, with a specific focus on renewables. He is currently a board member of Teqnion AB and Goava Sales Intelligence AB. Henrik holds an MBA from INSEAD, France and an MSc from Stockholm School of Economics.

Alexandra Koefoed farge

Alexandra Koefoed is currently part of the Executive Management Team in Kongsberg Maritime ASA and holds the role of EVP Digital & Emerging. She has previously served as the CEO of Fred. Olsen Windcarrier ASA (2018-2024) and has experience in renewables from various positions in the Fred. Olsen group of companies since 2010. Prior to her work for Fred. Olsen, she worked in several technical roles in Aker Marine Contractors. Alexandra’s operational, technological and commercial experience, combined with her deep knowledge of the renewable supplier industry is particularly valuable as a board member of Cloudberry. Alexandra holds MSc Ocean Engineering, Hydrodynamics, from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and UC Berkeley.

Mads Andersen

Mads Andersen brings more than three decades of experience in the energy sector, including over 20 years in executive and board roles. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Aibel ASA, one of Norway’s largest suppliers to the energy industry and a leading provider of solutions and services to the European offshore wind market. Prior to joining Aibel, he held senior leadership positions at OneSubsea, Cameron International, Aker Solutions, and Saga Petroleum. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Glasgow and an associate degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Management BI.
