Åmotsfoss Kraft is located in Nidelva, the main river in Arendalsvassdraget, in Nissedal municipality in Norway. Åmotsfoss is one of the best regulated waterways in Norway, benefiting from the large reservoirs upriver from Åmotsfoss. The power plant will on average produce 22,7 GWh per year and will produce more power in the winter season compared to the summer season. Åmotsfoss will produce enough to power 10,000 electrical cars per year.

The Odal windfarm is currently under construction in Innlandet, Norway. Installation of 34 turbines with up to 163 MW capacity is expected to be completed within year-end 2021 with electricity production commencing in H1 2022. The windfarm is developed together with experienced partners KLP and Akershus Energi. Cloudberry completed a transaction for the acquisition of 15% in year end 2020, and has exercised the option to increase its shareholding from 15% to 33.4% on 30 June 2021.
