The Odal windfarm is currently under construction in Innlandet, Norway. Installation of 34 turbines with up to 163 MW capacity is expected to be completed within year-end 2021 with electricity production commencing in H1 2022. The windfarm is developed together with experienced partners KLP and Akershus Energi. Cloudberry completed a transaction for the acquisition of 15% in year end 2020, and has exercised the option to increase its shareholding from 15% to 33.4% on 30 June 2021. The wind farm at Stenkalles grund (project Vänern), located in Sweden’s largest lake, Vänern (SE3), is a 100 MW, 18 turbine project owned 50/50 by Hafslund and Cloudberry. Duringthe quarter, the joint venture and cooperation with Hafslund has been developed further and a joint project organization has been implemented. The project has received a two-year license extension from Swedish authorities. Based on the extension, Hafslund and Cloudberry have decided to spend additional time to optimize project economics and reduce risk. The expected operational date is pushed to 2025/2026.
