Our portfolio
Renewable energy contributes to conserving natural resources and reaching the climate goals.
Renewable energy contributes to conserving natural resources and reaching climate goals. Hydro and wind, together with other renewable energy sources, are playing an important part in the energy transition. We have a strong commitment towards local communities and sustainable, long-term value creation for stakeholders. We provide clean renewable energy by owning, developing and operating hydro power plants and wind farms in the Nordics.
Røyrmyra wind park, Finnsetbekken hydropower plants, and 34% ownership in the hydro portfolio Forte Vannkraft are all in production. Bjørgelva Kraft, Nessakraft, Åmotsfoss Kraft, Steinbergdalen Kraft, Flatestøl Kraft and Ramsliåna Kraft hydropower plants are under construction. Hån and Duvhällen wind parks are also under development but held for sale through already settled agreements. Our total secured annual average production capacity is around 500 GWh.
In addition to green field development, cultivation of our portfolio is an important part of our strategy that will shape our portfolio going forward and support value creation, portfolio balance and diversification.
Below is an overview of producing assets and assets under construction and development. A few selected assets, no longer a part of our portfolio, are included as they remain an important part of Cloudberry’s historical track record.
